| Abstract: | By analyzing the financial risk in colleges and Universities,the paper points out that the risk is caused by the problems existing in the university system and accounting system in universities themselves.To avoid such a risk and to solve the problem,it is suggested that financial risk early-warning controlling system should be established,that accounting system in universities should be reformed,liability management should be normalized,that budget and intramural enterprises management should be reinforced... |
