| 摘 要： | 道、法思想是《淮南子·原道训》的核心思想，二者在政治哲学上相通、相融，在政治实践上又相反、相成，形成了“以道为主，兼融法家”的内在理论结构。《原道训》对法家思想进行了“道家化”的批评，在“无为一有为”的政治命题中深刻反思了法家思想的历史局限，并以其为参照，阐发了“道法自然，清净无为”的核心政治理念。《原道训》所反映的道、法思想关系在《淮南子》中具有代表性，其“以道融法、尊道抑法”的理论取向彰显出道、法思想在（《淮南子》政治思想体系中实际的理论地位及影响。

| Abstract: | Taoist and Legalist ideas form the core of Huainanzi · Yuandaoxun. They connect and combine with each other in political philosophy but are opposite and complementary in political practice, structuring internally as mainly Taoism and compatible with legalism. Yuandaoxun criticizes Taoism and reflects on the historical limitation of Legalism. Referentially, it explains its core political idea of ＂Being Natural to Law＂. The relationship of Taoist and Legalist ideas is representative in Yuandaoxun. Its theoretical orientation of ＂Taoism compatible with Legalism＂ and ＂Respecting Taoism while Restricting Legalism＂ shows the theoretical position and influence of the Taoist and Legalist ideas in the political thinking system of Huainanzi. |
