| 摘 要： | 当前，大学生就业思想政治教育面临着新形势和新任务，辅导员作为高校思想政治教育工作的骨干力量，如何根据大学生就业求职中存在的思想问题和就业思想政治教育缺失的现状，增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性与实效性，又如何突出辅导员在创新大学生就业思想政治教育中的作用等现实问题，都亟需纳入大学生思想政治教育工作者的理性视阈中。

| Abstract: | Presently, college students＇ ideological and political education of employment is faced with new situation and new tasks. Instructors are regarded as the backbone of college ideological and political education. How to carry out targeted and effective education according to the college students＇ ideological problems in employment and the deficiency in ideological and political education of employment？ How to highlight instructors＇ role in innovating ideological and political education of employment？ Workers of college students＇ ideological and political education must take these practical problems into reasonable consideration. |
