| Abstract: | In sports, especially in sporting events, aggression, quite frequently, turns to violence because of the fierce dual meet. Thus, to some extent, it sullies the noble spirit of sports. This essay tries to find out the reason that causes aggression and violence, probe into the theories of aggression and provide the effective ways to reduce and prevent aggression and violence. |
