| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法,调查研究了郑州市高校体育教师队伍的现状和特点。结果发现,郑州高校体育教师队伍的年龄结构较合理,学历以本科为主,研究生的比例偏低,高级职称人数较少,工作量偏大,男女教师性别比例失调。对郑州市高校体育教师队伍建设提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Refering to a series of research methods such as paper-question investigation,logic analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the present situation and trait of the Zhengzhou college P.E. teachers team.As a resalt,the aging structure of the college P.E.teachers' team in Zhengzhou is reasonable.The major degree is bachelor and the technical title is less.The task is over load and the sexual ratio of male and female is unbalance.So some relevant suggestion have been come up with to the college P.E.teachers' team in Zhengzhou. |
