| 摘 要： | 采用文献研究法、访谈法、实地调查法等方法,对厦门市88家健身俱乐部进行调查,并对类型结构、营销方式、消费类型、人才建设、位置部署及软硬件的建设等方面进行研究。研究认为俱乐部类型多依附于酒店或采取连锁经营模式,而社区高端会所则成为发展的风向标;营销方式多以价格战为主;队伍建设过于单一,结构不合理;健身俱乐部多位于商业中心,过于集中;过于注重环境外部的装潢。建议通过建立行业联盟促进健身行业的发展;定期进行市场调查,更新营销方式;优化人才队伍建设,加大对其经济和管理知识的培训;加强政府部门的引导和规划,并加强服务质量、服务标准等方面的建设。

| Abstract: | Using the method of literature study, interviewing , field investigation, it investigates 88 fitness clubs in the city of Xiamen, and studies the type structure, marketing mode and consumption type and telent construction, location of deployment deployment and the construction of hardware and software etc. The study indicates that the form of most clubs is attached to the hotel and concatenation of the clubs, the community club form of high - end club would become the wind indicator of development ; Price war is the main way of marketing; Team building is too simple and unreasonable structure; Fitness clubs are located in the commercial center, they are concentration; They pay too much attention to the decoration of the outward appearance. The suggestions are to carry out the industry alliance in order to promote the development of the fitness industry; do periodical survey about the market to update marketing methods ; optimize the construction of the talent team; do more work of knowledge training about economic and management; strengthen guidances and plans of the government and the construction of service standards in order to improve the quality of the service. |
