| Abstract: | Education is a systematic engineering. The elementary education and the higher education quality form a cause and effect relationship. In the new century, the elementary education curriculum reformation proposes the new task for the higher education. The higher education should be adapted to the reformation tendency of the elementary education, remould the idea of university, practically improves the education quality, and provide the support and the instruction for the elementary education reformation. |
