| 摘 要： | 本文通过对目前司法实践中普遍存在的证人不出庭作证现象进行分析，认为导致这一现象的主要原因是诉讼制度中规范性不够，并论述了应从诉讼制度的规范性入手，提出了证人出庭作证的实现途径。
