| 摘 要： | 鄂尔多斯模式，就是组建企业集团，发展优势产业，带动区域经济起飞的模式，它体现了鄂尔多斯地方政府管理经济的主动性和创新精神，任何经济发展模式不会十全十美，固定不变，要随着经济发展阶段和客观条件的变化，与时俱进，不断修正和完善。

| Abstract: | Ordos Mode' is to organize business group,to develop advantageous industry,to spur on district economic to make rapid progress.It embodies the initiative and creative spirit of local goverment's management.There is no perfect developing mode and each developing mode can't be stable for ever.It should be continually modified and consummated in terms of changing condictions. |
