| 摘 要： | 现代排球正朝着速度快、技术娴熟、战术多变、对抗激烈的方向发展。事实证明，一个排球队要想达到或赶超世界先进水平，必须拥有优秀的二传队员。一个队进攻战术水平的高低，很大程度上取决于二传手的水平。因此，科学地选拔二传手，已成为攀登世界排球运动高峰的必要条件之一。从身高、血型、气质、神经类型、情绪、性格几个方面，对排球二传手选材问题进行探讨。

| Abstract: | The development of modern volleyball requires that the game is played quick in speed,skillful in techniques,variable in tactics,and intense in match.Therefore,the requirements on the qualification of good volleyball players are getting higher and higher.It is proved that if a volleyball team wants to reach or top the world level,it must have an excellent setter,because a good setter plays a great role in the match.As a result,a scientific choice of setter becomes a necessary for climbing world peak of volleyball playing,the paper tries to discuss the choice of excellent setter in the aspects of height,type of blood,temperament,type of nerves,mood,and disposition. |
