| 摘 要： | 旅游业是一项综合性产业，对自然环境、社会环境具有较强的依赖性，以SARS为代表的突发性危机事件对旅游业发展造成了巨大的不良影响，为促使旅游业持续健康发展，应运用旅游危机管理理论，分析危机事件的特点和规律，建立应急机制，在危机发生时采取科学有效的应对措施，最大限度地减少危机造成的损失。 |

| Abstract: | Tourism is a comprehensive industry,and it is dependent on the natural and social environments.The unexpected crises like SARS have a tremendously bad effect on it.To promote a sustainable and healthy tourism,we should use the theory of tourist crisis management to analyse characteristics and law of unexpected crisis,and establish emergency mechanism.In case of crisis,measures can be taken to reduce the loss to a minimum. |
