| 摘 要： | 性别歧视是英语语言中一种客观存在的语言现象,反映了社会传统和文化,因此它成了跨文化交际中值得人们关注的一种现象。分析英语传统文化,词汇,语言使用上存在的不平等性,句法归纳等英语语言中的性别歧视,并提出应如何避免使用性别歧视语,以便人们进行得体的交际。

| Abstract: | Sexism is an objective language phenomenon in English and a reflection of the social customs and the English culture.It is also a phenomenon deserving of people’s attention in cross-cultural communication.The article analyzes sexism from the tradition of social culture,the English vocabulary,the inequality existing in the usage of the English language,and the syntax,and points out how to avoid using sexism words,to help non-English speakers conduct successful and appropriate communication. |
