消除批评中的消极效应

摘    要:批评是柄双刃剑,它可以成为学生改正错误的契机,也容易刺伤学生的心灵。如果教师能够注意消除求全效应,把批评变成一种发现和赏识,就能用批评去照亮学生的心;避免马太效应,关注所有学生的成长与进步,就会让批评激发起学生前进的动力;防止超限效应,掌握好批评的分寸,就能使批评做到适时适度;避免拆屋效应,在批评中给予学生改正错误的希望,就能使批评更容易被学生所接受。

Abstract:Criticim is a sword, two sides of which are sharp, and it can give the students a good chance to correct their mistakes, meanwile, it may hurt the students. If the teachers pay attention to "the effect against demanding perfection" and change criticism into discovery and appericiation, they can use ctiticism to give the students a bright future. Avoading "Matthew effect" and paying more attention to every student's growing and improvement, we can use criticism to avoid the students to become too tired. The teachers should make good use of criticism, using criticism timely and properly.
