| 摘 要： | 民国时期,面对民族危机,有识之士发出了开发西北、发展西北民族教育的呼声,提出了普及教育、发展职业技术教育、引进内地人才等诸多合理化建议.这引起了当时各级政府对西北教育问题的重视,西北民族教育得到了初步发展,为西北边疆的巩固和进一步发展提供了基本保证,也为抗战胜利奠定了基础.

| Abstract: | In the period of the Republic of China,under national crisis,people with insight advocated northwest development and promotion of ethnic education in the northwest.Suggestions about popularizing education,developing vocational and technical education and introducing talents from the hinterland aroused attention of the governments at all levels.Consequently,initial development was made in northwest ethnic education,providing basic conditions for consolidation and further development of northwestern border areas and for the victory of the Anti-Japanese War. |
