| 摘 要： | 反垄断法是国家经济生活中极其重要的一部大法,为了完善社会的竞争机制,我国建立一部反垄断法已是迫在眉睫。本文从我国建立反垄断法的必要性和反垄断是否会影响发展规模经济两个问题出发,对我国建立一部成熟完善的反垄断法提出自己的一些建议。
