| 摘 要： | 编辑角色的综合化,对期刊编辑的能力素质提出了新的要求。分析期刊编辑的能力素质要求,认为新形势下期刊编辑必须具备的能力素质是：优秀的政治素养、较强的业务能力、良好的学习习惯。
