| 摘 要： | 改革开放三十年来，中国特色社会主义建设取得了举世瞩目的成就，中国特色社会主义市场经济的完善发展与中国分配制度的改革是密不可分的。市场自发倾向，政府宏观调控部分缺位导致的收入差距和分配不公是收入分配改革的动因，应从农村问题和制度建设入手进行解决。

| Abstract: | In the past thirty years of reform and open,the attractive achievement our China acquired is inseparable to the development of Chinese characteristic socialist market economy and the reform of Chinese Distribution system.Spontaneous tendency of the market and the partial absence of government macro-control lead the income gap and unfair distribution is the motivation of the current reform of Chinese distribution system;we should resolve them by solving rural problems and constructing system. |
