| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是党的十六届四中全会确立的一项重大战略决策。构建社会主义和谐社会离不开教育,在教育体系中处于"龙头"地位的高校在构建和谐社会进程中将发挥极为重要的作用。而稳定是高校改革与发展的前提与基础,因此,维护高校稳定对于和谐社会的构建十分重要。另一方面,构建和谐社会的战略决策对于做好新时期的高校维护稳定工作具有巨大的指导意义。我们必须增强政治意识和大局意识,充分认识到维护高校稳定对构建和谐社会的重大意义,正确把握维护高校稳定与构建和谐社会的关系,认真分析研究影响高校稳定的因素并积极采取相应的对策,从而确保高校稳定,为构建和谐社会贡献力量。

| Abstract: | It is a significant strategy to establish a harmonious society,which affirmed by the fourth plenary session of the 16th national congress of the communist party of china.To establish a harmonious society can not do without education.And stability is indispensable to education.As a u- niversity educator,the author is fully aware of the close relations among these.In this article,he tells us how to uphold the university stability with the guiding strategy to further help establish a harmoni- ous society. |
