| 摘 要： | 以耗散结构理论透视当前体育教学,探讨体育教学＂科学放羊＂的具体措施。即：开放是体育教学＂科学放羊＂的前提,优化体育教学过程,创新体育教学方法,真正做到统而不死,活而不乱的科学式的＂放羊＂教学,建立一个开放的、充满活力的课堂教学新体系,实现体育教学的＂耗散＂,即从有序→无序→新的有序。
