| 摘 要： | 根据胡锦涛总书记在庆祝清华大学建校00周年大会上的讲话中提出的高等教育要推进文化传承创新的新根本任务，从什么是文化、学校文化、建设先进文化入手，剖析了高校如何传承、创新、交流先进文化，提出了以先进文化为引领来提升高校软实力的目标要求和具体方法，说明了文化传承创新对于高校改革发展稳定和作用发挥的重要性。
