| 摘 要： | 多媒体技术、网络技术的飞速发展使我国教育掀起了教育信息化的热潮，校园网在高等院校已日益普及，但由于网上教育资源的缺乏，使得许多高校校园网并未发挥应有的教学功能，教学资源的建设已成为教育信息化的关键问题。本文通过对高校校园网教学资源库的现状分析，提出了建立教学资源库的设计原则、应用策略，并对主要内容和体系结构进行了相关论述。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of multimedia and network make the our country education bring about the education information boom, the growing popularity of campus network, but it＇ s teaching function dided not develop should have in many university, because network education resources lacks, developments of the teaching resources have become the key problem that educate the information. This paper analyze to the present condition of the high school campus net teaching resources, put forward to establish the design principle, application strategy of the teaching resources, and proceeded the related treatise with the system construction and the main contents. |
