| Abstract: | College teachers are the main force of cultivating talents and the CCP teachers are the advanced representatives of them.It is a long and important task for college party organizations to establish a long-term effective mechanism of strengthening the cultivation of the CCP teachers' party spirit,making it a regular practice and sustaining it and meanwhile regulate and systemize its administration. |
