| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆的服务已经开始从信息服务走向知识服务。服务模式的变化带来了图书馆管理的变化，文章在知识服务的基础上提出了从人的管理、知识的管理和知识共享机制的创建这三个方面入手，实现高校图书馆的管理。
