高职教师评价体系问题与思考

摘    要:高职教育在培养目标和教学体系等方面与普通高等教育有着明显的差异,目前多数高职院校还没有形成针对高职教育特点的教师评价体系,严重的影响了高职教育教学目标的实现。本文试图分析目前高职教育的教师评价体系的弊端,对重建适合高职教育的教师评价体系进行了思考。

Abstract:Higher vocational education is obviously different from the normal higher education in the field of training objectives and teaching system etc.At present,most higher vocational colleges do not perform teacher appraising system with higher vocational characteristics,which has affected realization of the teaching targets.This paper analyses the shortcomings of nowadays' teacher appraising system,and proposes on how to rebuild the system.
