高职教育因材施教的教学艺术与教学效果研究

摘    要:因材施教,是教育和教师的灵魂。对因材施教的教学艺术与效果的探讨,有利于发现孔子教育思想的深邃。教师必须从机械的传授书本知识,转化为了解学生的个性特征、兴趣和爱好,调动其积极性、创造性,进而最大限度的实现每位学生成才和成功。

Abstract:Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude is the soul of education and teachers. Exploring for teaching art and teaching effect is helpful to find the doctrine of Confucius' educational thoughts. Teachers must transform teaching book knowledge mechanically into understanding students' individual character, interesting and hobby, and arouse their positivity, creativity, and make every student become a useful person at most.
