| 摘 要： | 永康市依托地区五金制造业基地优势,职业教育发展迅速,实现了区域经济、产业发展与职业教育的有效互动。其主要经验为:树立发展经济必须先发展职教的理念;加强组织保障,实行政策扶持;抓重点,创特色,与地方经济接轨;选用高素质管理人员,加强职业学校自身建设。其进一步发展,需要继续加大投入,创新师资培育途径,提高办学水平与教学质量。

| Abstract: | Depending on the advantage of hardware manufacturing industry,vocational education is developing rapidly in Yongkang of Zhejiang province,which has achieved the effective interaction among district economy,industrial development and vocational education,and its main experiences are: establishing the view that to develop economy must develop vocational education;strengthening the construction of organization,and carrying out support policy;combining with local economy,and grasping important points and creating traints;selecting high-qulity management staff,and fostering self-construction of vocational schools.Its further development need progressively increasing investment,innovating cultivation pathway for teaching staff,and enhancing school-running level and teaching quality. |
