| 摘 要： | 黑格尔以他敏锐的目光最先洞察到现代社会个人权利和公共利益之间的冲突,并站在现代的立场去讨论这一问题,雄辩地阐述了公民个体和国家,权利和义务的辩证统一关系,把个人权利和公共利益、个人自由与公共自由之间的矛盾扬弃在绝对自由的国家这一伦理实体之中,从而借助于一种历史理性,辩证地回答了政治的合法性问题。

| Abstract: | Hegel insighted into the conflict between personal right and public good in modern society and discussed this question from the standpoint of modernity.He illuminated the dialectic relation of civil person and state,right and duty,dissolved the contradiction of personal right and public good,personal liberty and public liberty in a kind of absolute unrestricted state,namely a kind of ethical entity,By right of a kind of historical reason,Hegel answered the question of political legitimacy dialectically. |
