| 摘 要： | 为适应快速多变的竞争环境，对供应商的选择评价已经成为现代企业生产制造中必须注重的关键问题。在提出对企业外购品分类管理的基础上，设计了供应商选择评价程序模型，并探讨了模型各部分的决策方法，试图为企业的供应商评价提供一个程序性的思维框架。

| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the fast and changeable competitive environment, the appraisal on the vendor has already become the key problem that modern enterprises must be paid attention to while manufacturing. This paper chooses to design the model of vendor appraisal procedure model based on the classified management. And the every part decision method of the model is studied. Attempt to offer a procedural thinking frame for the fact that the vendor of enterprises appraise. |
