| 摘 要： | 企业在申请CMM/CMMI认证时,要根据自身资源和发展的需要,认真权衡利弊,理性对待.对于规模小,资金不充沛,员工素质不高,没有能力打入国际市场的企业,最好是先建立CMM/CMMI理念,强练内功,当有必要时再去实施.

| Abstract: | In order to promote the marketing competitive ability and the credibility of the enterprises, to set up the images and to strengthen the management of projects, enterprises begin to apply for CMM/CMMI certificate with the governmental policy support and fund supply of software enterprises. However, when applying for CMM/CMMI certificate, enterprises should treat it nationally according to their own abilities and development needs. |
