摘    要:旅游地意象是驱动游客忠诚的关键变量。文章以来杭州的台湾游客为研究样本,提出旅游地意象各维度对游客满意与游客忠诚的研究假设,并运用结构方程法,探究旅游地意象各维度对游客满意与游客忠诚的影响机制。研究结果显示:旅游地意象各维度对游客忠诚存在不同的具体影响;旅游地意象各维度对游客满意与游客忠诚各维度存在不同的具体影响。

Abstract:Tourist destination image is an important variable of driving tourist loyalty. Based on the sample of Taiwanese tourists in Hangzhou, the effect of each dimension of tourist destination image on tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty is proposed. By using structural model to examine relative hypothesis, the empirical results show that : firstly, each dimension of tourist destination image has different effects on tourist loyalty; Secondly, each dimension of tourist destination image has different effects on tourist satisfaction and each dimension of tourist loyalty.
