| 摘 要： | 2008年北京奥运会将至，届时观众云集，由此构成的潜在的观众安全风险自不待言。而致使观众风险产生的因素又是多方面的，既有外在风险，也有内在风险。本文依据风险管理理论。结合北京市的自苍环境与社会环境，对北京奥运会举办期间观众安全可能存在的风险进行了分析，同时，借鉴国际体育赛事观众安全风险规避的做法，针对2008年北京奥运会的实际提出了观众安全风险规避的建议。

| Abstract: | The 2008 Beijing Olympic Games is coming,there are so many audiences from all over the world that the latent audience security risk will come into being at the appointed time.While the factors cause audience security risk are various,not only external risks,but also inherent risks.This text combines natural environment and social milieu of Beijing City,analyses the latent audience security risk in the period of holding the games according to the risk management theories.Simultaneously,this text puts forward some meaningful suggestions to evade the audience security risk aimed at the Beijing Olympic Games' reality drawing lessons from the international sports game. |
