摘    要:针对独立院校的人才培养定位,文章通过探索以实践能力为核心,以工程素养为本位的工程技术人才培养模式,提出制图能力不断线、计算机能力不断线、设计能力不断线和制造能力不断线的C4人才培养模式,构建实践训练平台,知识拓展平台及新型课程体系,全面培养具有良好工程素养的高层次工程技术人员。培养模式通过四年的示范应用,学生的实践动手能力、就业率及企业反馈度得了明显提高。

Abstract:According to the independent college talent cultivation orientation, the paper explores the practice ability as the core, and the engineering quality as the standard of engineering and technical personnel training mode. The paper puts forward drawing ability to continuously line, computer ability to continuously line, design ability to continuously line and manufacturing ability to continuously line of C4 talent training mode. To practice training platform, knowledge development platform and the new curriculum system, the comprehensive training has good engineering accomplishment of high-level engineering and technical personnel. Training mode through the four years of application demonstration, the students' practical ability, employment and enterprise feedback degree was obviously imloroved.
