| 摘 要： | 所谓民主的困境大都发生在政治领域,将民主局限在政治领域,这对民主来说是片面的,民主应该是一个体系,包含政治、经济、社会、文化和生活五个层面。中国的民主不应局限于政治领域,在民主政治制度建设的同时还应该把民主的改革扩大到社会层面,并在这一过程中逐渐塑造公民的民主人格,进行政治文化的民主建设。
