| 摘 要： | 经济全球化,既可以通过扩大资源国际需求增加环境压力,助长污染产业转移,也可以通过国际资本和技术流动增加解决环境问题的可能。我国在参与经济全球化进程中,应积极利用国外资源,减轻国内资源与环境的压力;制定适当的环境政策,在成为世界工厂的同时避免成为世界垃圾场;强化产业政策的环保导向,提高与环境有关问题的市场准入标准。

| Abstract: | Environmental problems in the globalization context differ from those in a closed economy.Globalization process affects environment in various ways,such as increasing environmental pressure by enlarged international demand for resources,transferring dirty industries through trade and investment facilitation.Globalization adds to the possibility to solve environmental problems with international capital and technology.China in the globalization process should avail itself of international resources to relieve the pressure on domestic resources and environment;make appropriate environmental policies to become "world plant" instead of "world dump";reinforce environment-oriented policies and raise standard of market access to encourage environmentally friendly business. |
