| 摘 要： | 皮划艇激流回旋运动是我国在1999年新引进的奥运会竞技运动项目，经过短短的7年多时间的摸索和奋斗，中国皮划艇激流回旋项目在短时间内取得了让世界激流界惊讶的进步和发展．虽然取得了不小的进步，但我们对于该项目特点和规律的认识还是比较有限．笔者有幸作为国家队教练员见证和参与了中国国家激流队的进步和发展。通过对国家队和四川队以及在国外的见到的优秀世界级运动员的训练的总结与分析，总结出皮划艇激流回旋是以依靠自身体能和借助水能控制船为目的的，以无氧代谢供能为主的智能性技巧类竞速项目。

| Abstract: | Canoe slalom came to China in 1999. After 7 years working in this area, the Chinese canoe slalom improved a lot and made the world attention on it. Though we got a lot improvement in canoe slalom. We still got limited orderliness of this kind of sport. The writer of this article is honored to be one the coach in the China canoe slalom team and saw that how this sport developed in china. Based on the analysis of Chinese athlete and the top athlete in the world during the time I worked in the china team and Sichuan province team. I summarize that the canoe slalom is the sport based on the ability of athlete＇s physique and the ability of the athlete how to uses the water. |
