| 摘 要： | 构建法治社会重点在于维护、保障、实现公民权利,而公民监督权的实现对于社会法治化尤为重要,也是法治社会构建的必由之路。从当前我国公民监督权存在现状着手,从理论上溯源,从实践上找出缺失,试图给出思考路径。
