| 摘 要： | 公民社会在中国曾被称为“市民社会”,并且沿用了黑格尔的批判,对公民社会的积极意义存在严重的忽视。事实上,在开放性的工业社会条件下,公民社会正可以成为市场经济下自主、个性道德观的培育空间,同时为推动民主政治和公民广泛参与社会事务创设平台,特别是对今日中国的和谐社会建设将产生积极影响。一方面,它可以从生活方式上改变熟人社会的状态,为公众的日常生活注入普遍性内容;另一方面它倡导理性、平等的交往原则,可以化解社会冲突和对立,通过催生公民道德而达到社会的和谐。

| Abstract: | Civil society called "citizen society" in China was employed to criticize Hegel.But the positive significance of the civil society was ignored.Actually,in the open industrial society,civil society can be the train space of independent and individual modality in the market economy.Meanwhile,civil society also can promote the democratic politics and establish the social affairs platform for the participation of the citizens.Especially it will bring the positive effect to the construction of the harmonious society in present China.On the one hand,civil society can change the state of the acquaintance society from the people's life style and add the commonality to the daily lives of the public.On the other hand,the civil society advocates the communicative principle of reason and equality and it can resolve the social conflicts and oppositions.And civil society can help to create social harmony by giving birth to the civil morals. |
