| 摘 要： | 图书馆服务是图书馆的立身之本。在网络环境下，面对读者需求的多元化、多样化，图书馆服务必须走服务创新之道，以适应新时代图书馆的发展需要，促进图书馆可持续发展。本文分析了高校图书馆服务创新的制约因素，阐述了服务创新的意义，并进一步提出服务创新举措。
