| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、座谈法等，对新疆7所高校的42个民族班级的1260名维吾尔族大学生进行问卷调查，并随机抽取200人进行座谈。结果发现其大学生的课外体育活动开展现状并不理想：1．课外体育运动项目单一。尤其是民族传统特色项目开展甚少；2．维族大学生参与课外体育活动的人数较少、频率较低、时间较短；3．南疆大学生参与课外体育锻炼的积极性不高，尤其是女生参与的积极性较低。

| Abstract: | The sports activities ＇after class are the important part of school physical education. Aimed at learning the existing problems in it, the author investigates the status quo of the Vygur undergraduate students＇ sports activities in Xinjiang common colleges and universities through the documents, questionnaire and interview; and brings out some relevant countermeasures for their development. |
