| 摘 要： | 政治决策是社会主义民主政治的重要内容，协商民主对政治决策的发展和完善有重要意义，主要体现在：为政治决策提供“和而不同”的人民利益的价值取向；为政治决策提供公开化的信息和民意；为政治决策提供自由平等的民主参与；为政治决策提供合法性基础上的责任性。

| Abstract: | Deliberative democracy can be used for reference for political decision -making from four aspects as follow： the interest value orientation of the decision - making of deliberative democracy ＂combined but different＂ people＇s interest; deliberative democracy before decision -making——open information and public opinion; deliberative democracy during decision -making——free and fair public participation; deliberative democracy after decision -making—— responsibility based on validity. |
