| 摘 要： | 通过比较福建省田径队在1987-1997年3届全运会上的成绩及进入90年代以来在队伍结构上的一些变化,总结出优秀运动员退役、大量年轻队员过早离队、教练队伍的变化、后备力量缺乏、与高校缺乏配合等原因是导致其水平下滑的原因.

| Abstract: | Through the contrasts of the results in three national games from 1987 to 1997 and the changes in the Fujian athlet- ics team, to sum up the reasons of decline of the team's level, there are the retirement of excellent athletes; too early retire- ment of a large number of young players; the change of coaches; be short of reserve force and be lack of cooperation with the collages. |
