| 摘 要： | 生涯辅导起始于美国，先后经历了职业指导、职业选择辅导、生涯辅导这一系列的演变，现在作为一种关注个人生涯发展的全新的理念，已得到世界许多国家的认同。我国当前大学生就业指导工作，尚处于职业指导阶段，生涯辅导之路任重而道远。文章在简要介绍了美国生涯辅导的特点和我国当前高校就业指导工作的现状之后，就如何在我国构建生涯辅导体系提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | Career Counseling originated in American, which successively experienced the evolution form the vocational guidance, vocational selection counseling, to career counseling. Now, as a new ideal of human career development, Career Counseling has been accepted by many countries in the world. And now the Employment Guidance in China universities is still in the period of Vocational Guidance and has the long way to reach the Career Counseling period. This paper introduces the characteristics of Career Counseling in American university and the situations of Employment Guidance work in China briefly. And then the author puts forward several suggestions on how to construct the Career Counseling system in China. |
