| 摘 要： | 农业产业结构调整是持续稳定增加农民收入的基本途经,是全面建设小康社会的重大任务。郴州市苏仙区在农业产业结构的调整方面,取得了可喜的成绩,但仍然存在着一些问题。如何深刻领会中央一号文件精神,构筑新的农业经营模式,寻求新的突破,实现全面小康的奋斗目标,是亟待探讨的重大课题。

| Abstract: | The adjustment of the industry structure of agriculture is the basic means to keep the sustainable and stable income increase of the farmers and is also an important task of constructing an all-round highly-wealthy society. Satisfactory achievements have been gained in the area of the adjustment of the industry structure of agriculture in Suxian district. However, problems still exist. How to understand the spirits of the No. 1 Paper, how to construct new agricultural management mode, how to look for new breakthroiaghs so as to realize the target of building an all-round highly-wealthy society remains to be a significant issue for discussion. |
