| 摘 要： | 本文根据统计学原理、控制理论及人的认知规律研究设计出了双级数控选模评定模型,并试图将它应用于对体院教师工作状态(成绩)的综合考评,经过实验验证和理论分析,表明这一办法具有较强的科学性,且经济实用,达到了评定考核中减少人为因素影响、简化指标体系的目的。

| Abstract: | On bases of statistic pninciples, oybernetics and human's cognition regularities, we researched and deviced Double Grode Selection Model and applied it to evaluate teacher's achievements in physical education institute. Through experiments and analysises, the results show that the method is scientific; economical and practical. It achieved the goal that reduces man's influnces in evaluation and simplified the index system. |
