| 摘 要： | 对举国体制创新与中国足球改革的互动关系进行研究。认为:举国体制创新的趋势表现为转变价值观念、发展模式、政府职能、社会运行机制、人才培养模式和经济理性6个方面;我国足球改革既有举国体制创新的一般特点,也表现出自身的特色,突出地表现为管理体制改革攻坚、职业联盟探索、校园足球推进3个方面,是社会主义市场经济条件下对举国体制之管理体制、竞赛体制、训练体制的刚性体系的解构与重构;客观上举国体制创新与足球改革形成多层次的矛盾关系,实质是中国转型社会的缩影。 |

| Abstract: | This paper probes into the mutual interaction between the renovation of nationwide system of sports and the reform of Chinese football.It holds that the trends for the renovation of nationwide system include the turn of value concept,development pattern,government function,operation mechanism of a society,cultivation model and economic rationality.On the other hand,the reform of Chinese football is characteristic of the general features of the nationwide system as well as its own features,with the administration system reform,quest for professional alliance and promotion of school football as the main aspects,which forms the deconstruction and reconstruction of nationwide system in administration,competition,training,etc.Objectively speaking,there is multi-layered contradiction between the renovation of system and football reform,which,actually,is the miniature of transformation society of China. |
