| 摘 要： | 新中国成立前后中美关系的发展几经曲折,看起来充满了变数。但如果从二战以后美苏发动的席卷全球的“冷战”的视角来看,中美关系的发展道路又十分的合情合理。二战之初,美苏的战时合作,决定了美国对国共双方均采取了合作和友善的政策;二战结束前夕,伴随着苏矛盾的日益公开,美国在华扶蒋反共从而在远东遏制苏联的政策逐渐形成;二战以后,世界进入“冷战”时期,美国为全面遏制苏联,在中国选择了公开美反苏的蒋介石政权进行反共内战的政策;解放战争胜利后,扼杀新中国是美国反苏反共政策的延续,而中共倒向苏联则是多年联俄战略思想的必然。

| Abstract: | The development of Sino-U.S. relation is several times tortuous around new China is founded, and looks likely to be full of the variable. But if sees at the war from two angle of view to roll up like a mat "cold war" of the whole world that the US and USSR starts later on, the development road of Sino-U.S. relation and very is fair and reasonable. |
