| 摘 要： | 经济全球化和世界多极化是当今世界的显著特点。尽管和平与发展是当今世界的主题,但人类在许多方面仍面临着严峻的挑战。在我国已进入全面建设小康社会的新阶段,以十六大精神为指导,为全面建设小康社会营造良好的国际政治环境,是我国外交工作重大的政治任务。

| Abstract: | Economic globalization and world multi-polarization are the prominent characteristics of the contemporary world.Although peace and development has become the theme of the present world,it is still not peaceful;human beings are still encountered austere challenges in many aspects.In the stage of building an overall comfortable society in China,under the guidance of the 16th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party,the most urgent diplomatic task of China is to create a favorable international situation so as to build a comfortable society. |
