Therefore, only the public library adapts to the requirements of the digital age positively, deepens reform consciously and innovates user education system continuously to implement user education innovation, including philosophy, content, tools, models, platform, survival and development the public library would be. Besides, the public library will become the public resource base of a learning society, and even as a greater contribution to build a harmonious society. |
