| 摘 要： | 实施现代远程教育是党和国家在以后十年的教育改革重点。为了使参加远程教育的学习者取得最佳的学〉-j效果，并获得优异的学习成绩，论述了远程教育对学习者的要求、在线辅导教师的主要职能以及远程教育的各个学习环节处理等，最后提出了解决学习者的无限需求与辅导教师的有限辅导的矛盾意见。

| Abstract: | Modem distance education has become the key point of education reform during the following decade. In order to help the learners who involved in distance education gain the best learning effect as well as excellent acdemic achievements, this paper aims to state some study problems. Last but not the least, this paper also puts forward some conflict solutions which aim to solve the contradiction between unlimited learning need for leaners and limited guidance for teachers. |
