| 摘 要： | “十二五”期间江苏经济以加快转变经济发展方式为主线，关键是产业结构的调整。随着江苏“十二五”产业的数量结构变动、产业特征变动及主导产业群演变，未来江苏产业结构优化的进程将加速推进，但产业升级发展仍然面临诸多制约因素，省内经济对二产的倚重情况短期仍难完全改变。“十二五”期间，江苏产业结构还存在主动调整的很大空间，在把握好产业发展方向的同时，政府要适时加大主动调整的力度和范围。

The Change Trend and Countermeasures of Industrial Structure of Jiangsu Province in 12th Five-Year Plan |

| Abstract: | During the 12th Five-Year Plan Period, the economy in Jiangsu province takes speeding up the transformation of eco- nomic development mode at its heart, and focuses on adjusting the industrial structure. With the changes in industrial number, industrial properties, and the leading industrial groups, the future optimization process of industrial structure in Jiangsu will be accelerated. However, the industrial upgrading and development is still facing many constraints. The heavy dependence of pro- vincial economy on the secondary industry will not be changed in short-term. During the 12th Five-Year Plan Period, there is still a lot of space for Jiangsu to initiatively adjust its industrial structure. The government should keep the orientation of industrial de- velopment, and moderately increase the efforts and range of the initiative adjustment. |
